The Country-of-Origin Labeling Bill, or also known as the COOL Bill, will require a placard identifying the country-of-origin to be placed near beef and pork products in stores. Montana Farmers Union, a member of Grow Montana’s steering committee. is working closely with Representatives Frank Smith and Willis Curdy and Senator Tom Jacobson on the COOL bill.
